You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Please give us accurate details — especially your email, phone number and address — so we can deliver your order. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.

We try hard to show every product accurately, but colours can look slightly different on different screens, and handmade items vary a little from piece to piece — that is part of their charm.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates for your convenience; you are always charged in rupees. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

An order is confirmed once your payment succeeds. All payments are made online through Razorpay; we do not offer Cash on Delivery. Once placed and paid, orders cannot be cancelled by the customer. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, or we have to cancel an order ourselves (for example, a pricing error or a delivery location we can’t reach), we will tell you and refund the full amount.

All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds or replacements are given only for items that arrive damaged, with a valid unboxing video. Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, damage claims and refunds by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Please don’t misuse the website — for example by trying to break its security, overload it, or copy its content for commercial use. All photos, designs, text and the Melliora name and logo belong to us and may not be reused without our written permission.

We are responsible for providing the products you order as described. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
